Prevention for women 40+.
Between 40 and 50, your body sets the course for the decades ahead: perimenopause often begins unnoticed, cardiovascular risk rises, bone loss picks up speed, sleep and energy change. We are planning a structured prevention clinic that thinks about all of this together — proactive instead of reactive, with a plan instead of isolated findings. Register below if this interests you.
Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in women in Germany — and is still underestimated and recognised later in women.

A clinic that restores the overview the system no longer provides:
History, blood pressure, lab work (lipids, blood sugar, thyroid, vitamin D), weight and lifestyle — as one overall picture instead of isolated findings.
Cycle, sleep, mood, energy: we sort out what is hormonal — and what is not. Seamless transition to the menopause clinic where sensible.
Cardiovascular risk profile, bone health and your personal screening roadmap (breast, cervix, bowel) — coordinated rather than random.
At the end you receive a written, understandable plan: what is due yearly, what every few years, what you can do yourself — and what we will remind you of.
Who is it for?
- ·Women from around 40
- ·Changes in cycle or sleep
- ·Cardiovascular disease or osteoporosis in the family
- ·Elevated blood pressure, weight gain, little exercise
- ·Wanting a structured screening roadmap
- ·Before or during perimenopause

What you should know.
How is this different from regular cancer screening?
Cancer screening remains the core — but it only looks at cancer. The prevention clinic additionally covers cardiovascular health, hormones, bones, metabolism and lifestyle, and connects it all into one plan.
Am I too young for this in my early 40s?
No — that is exactly the point. The most effective prevention happens before symptoms appear. Set the course at 42 and you hold better cards at 60.
What does it cost?
Statutory screening continues to run through your insurance. The extended check will be self-pay — exact prices at launch, always with a written cost plan first.
No need to wait: many of these topics can already be discussed in our regular consultations today.
