Classes & workshops · Pelvic floor training

Pelvic floor training.

Your pelvic floor carries you through life — yet it usually only becomes a topic once it causes problems. Our course starts earlier: awareness, targeted strengthening and exercises that stick in everyday life. For every stage of life — after births, during menopause or simply preventively.

1 in 3
women · bladder weakness in their lifetime

About one in three women experiences some form of bladder weakness at some point. Targeted pelvic floor training is the first and most effective measure — the earlier, the better.

Pelvic floor work is precision work: in a small group we can see whether the exercise really reaches where it should.

Training that sticks in everyday life

Awareness before strength, technique before repetitions: we build up systematically — from conscious activation to exercises that integrate into everyday life and sport.

Good to know: With certified instruction under Section 20 SGB V, many German statutory insurers reimburse a large part of the course fee. Details at launch.

Pelvic floor course instructor (m/f/d)

We are looking for an instructor on a freelance basis — physiotherapist, midwife or trainer with pelvic floor qualification. Organisation is handled by the practice.

Device-based training soon?

In addition to the course, we are considering a therapy chair that trains the pelvic floor with electromagnetic impulses — clothed, seated, no downtime.
