Endometriosis.
Period pain that regularly knocks you out, pain during sex, chronic lower abdominal pain, cyclical bladder or bowel complaints: this can be endometriosis — one of the most common gynaecological conditions and one of the longest overlooked. We take your pain seriously, work up the diagnosis and support you — including referral to a certified endometriosis centre if needed.
Around 190 million people worldwide live with endometriosis. Common — but no reason to put up with it.
Source: WHOOn average, several years pass between first symptoms and diagnosis. We want to spare you that time.

What you should know.
Can endometriosis be seen on ultrasound?
Partly. Some lesions and cysts are clearly visible, other forms can only be reliably confirmed by laparoscopy. We clarify which diagnostics make sense for you — and in which order.
Is surgery necessary?
Not always. Hormonal therapy is often the first step; surgery is used in a targeted way. For complex findings we involve a certified endometriosis centre.
Does endometriosis affect my fertility?
It can — but doesn't have to. Early work-up creates room to act: the sooner we know what's going on, the better we can plan.
