Pregnancy yoga.

Three evenings a week, small group, above the rooftops of Konstanz old town — outdoors on our rooftop terrace in good weather, otherwise in the workshop room right next to it. Gentle yoga adapted to pregnancy: breathing, pelvic floor, strength and relaxation. Mats, bolsters, cushions, blankets and straps are provided.

In good weather the course takes place outdoors — overlooking the rooftops of Konstanz. Otherwise in the bright workshop room right by the terrace.

At a glance

Three evenings, one rhythm

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday — evenings, 75–90 minutes each. Join a fixed evening or combine as your calendar allows. With sufficient demand, weekend slots (Fri–Sun) will be added. Exact times and conditions will be published at course launch.

Good to know: With certified instruction under Section 20 SGB V, many German statutory health insurers reimburse a large part of the course fee. Details at launch.

We're looking for you

Pregnancy yoga instructor (m/f/d)

We are looking for an instructor on a freelance basis: 3 evenings per week (Tue/Wed/Thu, 75–90 min. each), groups of up to 11, all equipment provided. Qualification for pregnancy yoga required (e.g. midwife, physiotherapy or yoga teacher training with prenatal specialisation). ZPP certification under Section 20 SGB V is ideal — or the willingness to obtain it with our support. Registration, billing and communication are handled by the practice.
