Prevention for women 40+.

Between 40 and 50, your body sets the course for the decades ahead: perimenopause often begins unnoticed, cardiovascular risk rises, bone loss picks up speed, sleep and energy change. We are planning a structured prevention clinic that thinks about all of this together — proactive instead of reactive, with a plan instead of isolated findings. Register below if this interests you.

Patient

Isn't the check-up at my GP enough?

Our doctor

For much of it, yes. But in women heart, hormones and bones interact — we look at them together

Patient

Isn't 42 too early for this?

Our doctor

On the contrary. This decade decides the next three

No. 1
cause of death in women · cardiovascular disease

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in women in Germany — and is still underestimated and recognised later in women.

Cycle changes, sleep problems and mood swings often start years before the final period — and often go unrecognised.

What we are planning

What we are planning.

A clinic that restores the overview the system no longer provides:

1
Structured 40+ check

History, blood pressure, lab work (lipids, blood sugar, thyroid, vitamin D), weight and lifestyle — as one overall picture instead of isolated findings.

2
Spotting hormones & perimenopause early

Cycle, sleep, mood, energy: we sort out what is hormonal — and what is not. Seamless transition to the menopause clinic where sensible.

3
Heart, bones & cancer screening on a plan

Cardiovascular risk profile, bone health and your personal screening roadmap (breast, cervix, bowel) — coordinated rather than random.

4
Your 5-year plan

At the end you receive a written, understandable plan: what is due yearly, what every few years, what you can do yourself — and what we will remind you of.

Self-payAll additional services described here are individual health services (German "IGeL") — self-pay services on top of statutory care. Your regular statutory benefits remain unaffected; medically indicated services (e.g. statutory screening, the postnatal course or an indicated iron infusion) continue to run through your insurance. Prices are currently being calculated and will be published as soon as each service is fully planned. You will always receive a written cost plan before any treatment.

Fünf Fragen, ehrliches Ergebnis — auch wenn es „eher nein" lautet. Das Quiz ersetzt keine ärztliche Beratung; ob eine Behandlung medizinisch in Frage kommt, klären wir gemeinsam.

FAQ

What you should know.

How is this different from regular cancer screening?

Cancer screening remains the core — but it only looks at cancer. The prevention clinic additionally covers cardiovascular health, hormones, bones, metabolism and lifestyle, and connects it all into one plan.

Am I too young for this in my early 40s?

No — that is exactly the point. The most effective prevention happens before symptoms appear. Set the course at 42 and you hold better cards at 60.

What does it cost?

Statutory screening continues to run through your insurance. The extended check will be self-pay — exact prices at launch, always with a written cost plan first.
