We are opening our established practice in Konstanz old town to female physicians, midwives, therapists and coaches who want to think women's health more holistically with us — spatially connected, operationally relieved, professionally independent.

Fitted out to the highest standard, fully air-conditioned, state-of-the-art equipment — in total a seven-figure investment, which we spread fairly as furnished rent over the next 10–20 years. Established at this location for 25 years. We share what you would otherwise have to build from scratch.
State-of-the-art rooms
Fully air-conditioned treatment rooms, high-quality equipment, existing IT and telephony infrastructure. Nothing needs to be built from scratch.
Shared reception
Telephony, online appointment booking (Clara AI, 24/7), patient administration — as a shared function or included as a service.

Day-by-day co-use
A consulting room on fixed days or half-days — ideal for part-time consultations, special clinic days or market-testing your own practice.
Subletting a consulting room
Your own permanent room, shared infrastructure (reception, waiting area, IT, telephony). Your own brand, your own patients — operationally relieved from day one.
Practice community / joint entity
A separate legal entity, shared staff structure and functions (e.g. staff leasing), economic economies of scale without mixing medical responsibilities.
A hub instead of a referral chain.
Women's health does not end at specialty borders. We open our rooms so treatment happens where the patient already is — interdisciplinary, under one roof, with short paths between everyone involved.

Anyone in treatment with us finds midwifery, physiotherapy, nutritional medicine or coaching in the same building — instead of a list of phone numbers and three months of waiting.
