What the fee covers — and what it doesn't
Medical services are always billed individually and transparently according to the official German medical fee schedule (GOÄ). Your membership fee doesn't pay for the medicine, but for everything around it — guidance, organisation, access and community.

Why like this? Flat-rate or „all-inclusive“ prices for medical services aren't permitted in Germany. Our model is therefore cleanly separated: the membership is a pure service package, and the medicine we bill for everyone alike, individually per GOÄ. Transparent, honest, without coupling.
